Improved Claims Inquiry Tool Now Available on AWP!

The enhanced claims inquiry tool is now available on AWP, making it easier and faster for you to check the status of claims for your customers. This replaces the previous claims inquiry application on AWP.

The interface is easy and intuitive and the enhanced claims inquiry tool features:

  • Real-time access to new claims
  • Dashboard of recent open claims (open status, 30 days, for up to 5 agency codes)
  • Improved search, filtering and claim status capabilities
  • Single page claim summary
  • Existing functionality for 3- or 5-year loss runs for policies (Loss Runs for Bonds are still in old system)
  • Modern and intuitive user interface, including access from mobile devices and multiple browsers
  • Westfield branding
  • Updated security and privacy compliance
