Claims Notes Expanded to Include Workers' Compensation

While we started providing access to select claim notes last year, they weren’t available for workers’ compensation claims – until now!
Within Agent’s Web Passport (AWP), you can access select notes, including workers’ compensation claim notes, from the Claims Inquiry Tool. Notes are not available for claims closed prior to September 2024.
How to Find Claims Notes
From AWP:
- Click on “Claims Inquiry/Loss Runs for Policies” under the “Tools” menu on the right-hand side of the home page
- Search for your claim, then click the “View Claim” link
- Click on the “Activity” tab at the top or “See All Activity” under the Progress & Activity section to see any available notes
