Discover the New Electronic Document Search Experience

New Search Function
We recently launched a new Electronic Document Search (eDocs Search) pilot, and it’s now available for all agents to try out. This updated tool offers a more modern and intuitive way to find and manage policy documents, while still retaining the functionality you’re used to.

Agent input has already helped shape early improvements, and we’ll continue to refine the tool based on your feedback. 

Key Enhancements

  • A modern interface with improved navigation functions and labels.

  • The ability to sort invoices by past due date across business segments.

  • Surety documents grouped under a single, streamlined tab.

How to Access the New eDocs Search

To try the new version:

  1. Go to the Policy Documents tab in the legacy eDocs system.

  2. Click the Access the NEW eDocs Search Tool button.

You can return to the legacy version at any time using the Access Legacy eDocs button in the new interface.

What’s Next

A few additional updates are still in testing. Once complete, we’ll update the links in AWP to take you directly to the new version.

While the legacy version is still available, it will eventually be retired — making now the perfect time to become familiar with the new tool and help influence future improvements.
