Discover the New Electronic Document Search Experience

New Search Function
We recently launched a new Electronic Document Search (eDocs Search), and it’s now available for all agents to try out. This updated tool offers a more modern and intuitive way to find and manage policy documents, while still retaining the functionality you’re used to.

Agent input has already helped shape early improvements, and we’ll continue to refine the tool based on your feedback. 

Key Enhancements

  • A modern interface with improved navigation functions and labels.

  • The ability to sort invoices by past due date across business segments.

  • Surety documents grouped under a single, streamlined tab.
