Westfield’s Agency Claims Service (ACS) Program will decommission December 31, 2019
Effective December 31, 2019, Westfield’s Agency Claims Service (ACS) program will be decommissioned. ACS drafts will no longer be supplied to Westfield agents effective immediately.
Why the program is ending
Early 2020, our paper draft system will be eliminated and replaced with a modern payment technology to increase reliability, security, transparency, and efficiency in operations. More information will be shared closer to this change.
We have a dedicated team of claims professionals
Our dedicated team of knowledgeable claims professionals are prepared to support additional claims workload resulting from elimination of the ACS program without sacrificing customer service.
What we need from you
- Westfield requests you destroy any unused ACS drafts by shredding or other method so the checking account number is unreadable and any confidential information on drafts cannot be accessed.
- Once the ACS drafts are destroyed, complete this certificate of destruction.
- Email the completed certificate to Westfield’s Claims Automation Process Support team at CAPS@westfieldgrp.com.
We appreciate the important role of our Agency partners in making the ACS program such a great success over the years and for your contributions through use of the Program to servicing our mutual customers.
