We're looking for your feedback on two important tools and services on Agents Web Passport. Survey 1: Agency Self Admin Feedback

This survey focuses on Agency Self Admin, including user and access management, Secure Documents, and document delivery from Westfield. We want to understand how easy these capabilities are to use, whether they meet your business needs, and what improvements would provide the most value to your agency. As we continue development of a new version of Agency Self Admin, your feedback will help ensure enhancements align with the way agents work. 

Survey 2: Agency Download and Forms, Applications, and Manuals Feedback

This survey focuses on Agency Download and Westfield Forms, Applications, and Manuals including access to policy, commission, claims, and billing data through agency management systems, as well as access to forms, applications, and reference materials. We're interested in learning how you use these tools, any challenges you encounter, and opportunities to improve access to the information and resources you need most.
