The new Direct Repair Program (DRP) search tool on Agents Web Passport makes it easier to help customers find participating repair shops in their area following an accident.
Features of the Tool:
- Location-based searches: Find approved repair shops by ZIP code and search radius
- Shop name searches: Search for a specific repair facility
- Interactive maps: View shop locations and identify nearby repair options
- Distance information: See participating shops listed by proximity to the searched location
- Easy information sharing: Email repair shop details to customers for convenient reference
About the Direct Repair Program: Available for passenger vehicles and light-duty pickup trucks in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia, the program connects customers with a network of approved repair shops that meet Westfield’s quality repair standards and offer a limited lifetime workmanship warranty. Participating shops handle estimating, photos, and repair scheduling, and provide the option for Westfield to pay the shops directly.
An important reminder: Please be sure customers report their claims before they visit a shop for an estimate. The claims team will send the assignment to the participating shop selected by the customer who will then contact the customer to schedule an estimate.
