CCC® Open Shop Replaces Westfield Preferred Provider Program

The new way to refer repair shops and get customers rolling again.

As part of the recent launch of our new auto claims platform, we swapped out our previous direct repair program (DRP) with CCC® Open Shop, a non-DRP network from CCC Information Services (CCC).

The good news: You can still refer repair shops by sharing the CCC® Open Shop Enrollment Form with them.

The even better news: When customers ask for repair shop recommendations, you can send them straight to us at 800.243.0210, option 3. This saves you and the customer time and gives us an opportunity to determine which method of inspection is best for their specific situation before supplying them with a list of CCC® Open Shop providers, if needed. Win-win-win.
