We’re starting with you! You and your team can now chat with a customer care representative – real time – Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm.
And starting the conversation is easy! Just look for the Live Chat bubble on Agents Web Passport (AWP), click and begin your chat.
Our customer care representatives are ready to handle any billing or claims-related questions via Live Chat so if you have other questions, be sure to call customer care directly.
Just one important caveat. Customer Care may turn off LIVE Chat during times when call and chat volume is high because of storm activity.
