High Value Assist - Exterior Plus

The High Value Assist and Exterior Plus products pair a non-appointment, faster on-site inspection with the professional data capture of CIS Group’s Customer Solution Center (Call Center) to provide a customer friendly, lower cost alternative to traditional High Value and Mid-Value inspections.

First, a CIS Group’s Customer Solution Center Representative calls the insured to introduce the process and capture/validate key interior ITV components such as Kitchen and Bath counts and finishes, specialty features and HVAC and protection systems. The representative will then inform the insured of the upcoming non-appointment on-site inspection.

The CIS Group Field Inspector will conduct a traditional exterior Hazard and Condition with ITV inspection. The ITV data captured during the on-site visit is then paired with the data captured via phone interview to generate an accurate reconstruction cost estimate.
