Our Breach Response Vendors are a dedicated team of service providers who are ready to help you 24/7. As part of your policy, we have negotiated preferred rates with these providers.
Westfield SpecialtySM is under no obligation to provide any of the advice and services provided by the Breach Response Vendors. The policyholder is under no obligation to contract for services with any Breach Response Vendor service provider, provided coverage for services is subject to the policies as issued. Westfield Specialty maintains the right to update its list of Breach Response Vendors at any time and only the most current service providers listed shall apply under any applicable policy.
