Encryption plays a vital role in safeguarding sensitive information—such as Social Security numbers, driver's license details, financial data, and confidential claim files—against unauthorized access. With the latest upgrade, you'll enjoy a seamless experience in helping to keep Westfield's information confidential and secure, now with a simplified process to retrieve the encrypted content.

What's New?

• A Fresh Look: With our new service, an encrypted email from Westfield will look a little different than it did in the past, depending on your email platform. We want to ensure you have a heads up to expect a different look and feel!
• Enhanced User Experience: If you receive an encrypted email from Westfield you will notice a better user experience. Plus, you will now be able to access encrypted communications by using a single-use code or credentials from Microsoft, Gmail, or Yahoo, eliminating the need for passwords in many instances.

• Deadline for Retrieval: Please note that you have until June 25, 2024, to access any previously unread encrypted emails. After this date, emails encrypted with our former provider will become permanently unavailable. This deadline does not affect emails encrypted with our new service provider.
