Agero provides access to an industry-leading, nationwide network of qualified service providers. Their program offers customers a low-effort experience while strengthening loyalty through brand advocacy.
Agero’s online, service tools enhance the customer experience by providing options to request roadside assistance. And once customers make a request, they get timely email, text or voice updates including,
- Dispatch details
- Provider information
- Arrival time
And it’s cost-effective! For just $9 a year, customers who add Roadside Assistance to their policy get a little extra peace of mind.
