Digital Claims Payments Are Here

We’re excited to announce our new claims payment process – which provides customers with digital payment options like direct deposit, officially launched! While already a key initiative as we strive to remain competitive and respond to evolving customer needs, the new process has become even more vital during this social distancing era since it has the potential to keep customers from having to go to the bank in person.

Here’s what you need to know about this new process:

  • It’s a value-added service for your customers
  • It puts customers in control of their payments by allowing them to choose how they want to be paid
  • Available payment options will vary based on the type of claim and the payment amount, but may include:
    • Direct to debit card: 1 business day or less
    • Direct deposit: 1-2 business days
    • *PayPal: Immediate
    • Paper checks: 7-10 business days
      *Not available for Workers’ Compensation claims

How it works

  1. The claim representative will initiate the process with the customer via email and text
  2. After clicking “Accept Payment” from the email or text and entering their claim number, customers are taken to a portal where they can choose from the available payment options
  3. The customer enters their banking information into the portal
  4. Payment is issued
