Online Claims Reporting Now Live!

Let’s get digital
Customers with Personal Lines auto claims will now be able to report their claims online from their MyWestfield® account! Following the initial launch, we’ll build self-service options into the process and roll out online claims reporting to additional claim types in phases.

Expanding customers’ choices
Many customers expect the "Amazon experience" in every part of their life, including their insurance. They want 24/7 self-service options and a quick and easy claims handling process, and we plan to deliver. But not to worry – we remain at the ready for those customers who prefer to call us to report their claim. Ultimately, we're meeting customers where they are by letting them decide how they want to interact with us.

Staying connected
Want to stay up-to-date on your customers’ claims? Check out the FNOL Summary Email or Claims Inquiry tool for access to information pulled directly from our claims management system. Then, consider a post-FNOL call to the customer to check in after they file their claim directly with us.
