Mike Prandi

Prandi was named Westfield’s Chief Operations Officer in 2021. In this new role, he provides executive oversight to claims and customer care functions, information technology, general services and hospitality operations. He’s responsible for ensuring continuity in customer facing corporate functions and leverages his business insight and acumen, extensive P&C experience, and operational strengths to continue to position these critical functions and provide capabilities for Westfield customers.

Since joining Westfield in 1989, Prandi served in the roles of Chief Insurance Operations Officer, National Claims Leader, Service Office Manager, Regional Executive, Executive Director of the Large Loss Unit and Senior Executive, Complex Claims & Litigation Management.

A 30-year veteran and leader in the insurance industry, Prandi serves as The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) Vice Chair and has served on the Political Action Committee (PAC) Board of Trustees since 2017. Prandi has earned professional designations from the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims, Associate in Insurance Services, Senior Claim Law Associate and Associate in Reinsurance. He served on the National Insurance Crime Bureau Board of Governors from 2008 - 2017. A passion for helping others, Prandi volunteers his time to the American Heart Association and has served as Chair of the Cleveland Heart & Stroke Ball in 2019 and 2020. He received his undergraduate degree from Ashland University and master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University.
