Anthony Baldwin

Anthony Baldwin serves as President of Westfield Specialty International, leading the company’s specialty insurance operations outside the United States from its London office. He joined Westfield in November 2025 and is responsible for driving international profitable growth, strengthening underwriting and operational capabilities across global markets, and advancing Westfield’s ambition to become a leading provider of specialty insurance solutions worldwide.

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Anthony has held senior leadership roles spanning underwriting, operations, and general management. Before joining Westfield, he spent three decades with AIG, where he served as CEO of AIG Europe and later as CEO of AIG UK, overseeing multiple business lines and regions.

Anthony’s leadership is defined by disciplined underwriting, strong broker and client relationships, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams. He brings to Westfield a passion for building sustainable, customer-focused businesses and empowering people to deliver exceptional results.
