A Closer Look at WesPak® and WesPak Estate® Package Policies

WesPak and WesPak Estate bring home and auto together into one coordinated package — simplifying the experience for your customers while delivering more comprehensive protection from the start.
With more built in, fewer decisions left to chance, and tools that support customers before and after a loss, these packages help support stronger accounts and long-term relationships.
Where More Comes Standard
Our home and auto package policies consistently deliver measurable value across coverage, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Built-In Protection: Higher limits and key protections are included up front, reducing the need to layer on endorsements to reach the right level of coverage. WesPak includes 125% replacement cost (with the ability to increase to 150%), while WesPak Estate includes guaranteed replacement cost. Both packages set contents coverage at 75% of Coverage A — higher than what many carriers include by default.
- Higher Retention: Packaged policies show retention gains of 2-3 points, with an additional 3-4-point lift when customers enroll in loss prevention programs.
- Positive Claims Experiences: Customers with a package policy are substantially less likely to cancel after a claim, reinforcing long-term retention.
Added Support and Flexibility
WesPak packages extend beyond built-in protection with programs that help customers stay ahead of potential issues and endorsement options that allow coverage to better reflect individual needs.
- Loss Prevention: Access to no-cost programs like Ting®, LeakBot®, and MissionSafe®, helps customers identify issues early — from electrical fire hazards and hidden water leaks to risky driving behavior — before they turn into larger issues.¹
- Tailored to Fit: Optional coverages, such as inland flood and service line, allow protection to reflect individual needs without disrupting the structure of the base policy.
WesPak: Our Core Package Solution
With higher limits and practical protections already in place, WesPak provides a strong foundation that keeps quoting and customer conversations straightforward. It includes the core home and auto coverages you expect, along with features you might not, like loan/lease gap coverage and a shared deductible in some cases.
As our most widely used personal lines package — accounting for approximately 75% of new business — it is well suited for homes with replacement cost values between $300k and $750k.
WesPak Estate: Elevated Protection for High-Value Risks
With expanded limits and additional built-in protections, WesPak Estate is designed to meet the needs of higher-value homes and more detailed risk profiles. It includes guaranteed replacement cost to help address rising rebuild costs, along with protections like cyber, roadside assistance, and equipment breakdown coverage — making it easier to deliver a well-aligned policy for more complex accounts.
Our WesPak Estate home and auto package is an ideal fit for homes with replacement cost values between $1M and $3M, with capacity to consider homes up to $5M.
Choosing the Right Package
In many cases, there is a clear fit based on a home’s value. In others, the customer’s overall risk profile and coverage needs help guide the decision.
