As part of continued efforts to improve speed, consistency and service, you may begin to see our Property Claims Service Center (PCSC) listed as the adjuster on certain claims.

PCSC is a specialized unit within our Claims Service Center focused on handling select losses as part of the team-based environment designed to help streamline claim resolution.  While the team started with Personal Lines wind, hail, and falling object claims, this could evolve as they make future enhancements as part of their “test-and-learn” approach.  

What to expect: Although our teams have changed a bit, you can expect the same level of service and support from Westfield.
