Westfield Welcomes Jessica Hendricks as Head of Agency Relations, Standard Lines
In this role, Jess will lead the team responsible for key agency relationships and engagement experiences across the agency lifecycle. Through her leadership, Westfield will continue to evolve how we support agencies at key moments from appointments, licensing, and onboarding through ongoing relationship management, compensation, and agency servicing to create a more seamless and connected experience.
Bringing Deep Distribution and Agency Expertise
Jess joins Westfield with more than 18 years of experience in agency distribution, sales strategy, and operational leadership in the property and casualty insurance industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales and Distribution Management at EMC Insurance Companies, where she led initiatives spanning agency compensation, contracts, national partnerships, and sales enablement.
