How to Sell Ting and Use It as a Retention Tool

The new year is a great time to refocus on protecting customers, preventing losses, and supporting long-term relationships. Ting helps support these efforts by identifying potential electrical fire hazards early, giving customers peace of mind while providing agents with a practical way to add value in both new business and renewal conversations.
Introducing Ting in New Business Conversations
Ting is easy to introduce in new business conversations because it supports a broader discussion around protection and loss prevention. - Expert support, with step-by-step guidance if an electrical issue is detected.
- Up to $1,000 in labor credits to help repair electrical hazards identified by Ting.
- Proven results, with more than 145 potential electrical incidents fire hazards already avoided for Westfield policyholders.

- Encouraging proactive loss prevention instead of reactive claims.
- Reinforcing your role as a trusted advisor.
- Creating positive, memorable customer experiences.
