When a customer files a claim directly with Westfield, enrolled agencies automatically receive a real-time summary email that includes:

  • Insured’s name
  • Loss description
  • Assigned claims professional

The process is fully automated. Once the claim is filed, the summary is generated and delivered instantly to your agency’s inbox. That means no delays, no extra steps, and no manual requests.

Signing up is simple. Just email LicensingSpecialist@westfieldgrp.com with the following details:

  • Agency Name
  • Agency Code
  • Group email address where you’d like summaries sent (Please use your agency’s group email address when possible. One email address per code.)
