Westfield has introduced an enhancement to Electronic Document Search (eDocs) designed to make it easier for you to access and track Commercial Lines policy termination activity in Agent Web Passport (AWP).

A new document type—Policy Terminations—is now available within eDocs. This enhancement:

  • Consolidates multiple termination-related documents into a single, streamlined search experience.
  • Creates a simple way to quickly locate cancellations, non-renewals, reinstatements, rescinds, and agency cancellation advisements across all Small Business policy systems.

Why it matters

Previously, these documents were typically obtained through paper mail, email delivery, downloaded copies, or support assistance. With this update, you have direct, self-service access to termination documentation exactly when you need it by:

  • Providing faster access to termination documents
  • Simplifying the process of tracking policy activity
  • Reducing reliance on Agency Help support
  • Improving visibility across multiple policy systems
  • Helping you identify missing or delayed documents more easily

How it works

You can access the new functionality by selecting Policy Terminations under Policy Documents in eDocs.

eDocs Search

Once selected, results will automatically filter to Commercial Lines, and “All Commercial Lines” will prepopulate in the Product field. You can then enter search criteria or run a search to view results.

Please note: currently, the Policy Terminations document type is available for Commercial Lines only.

This enhancement is part of Westfield’s ongoing commitment to improve the your experience by providing intuitive tools and self-service access to information.
