Westfield Announces Doug Queenin as Head of Product, Small Business

In this role, Doug will lead the strategic direction of the Small Business product portfolio, driving profitable growth through market-focused product innovation and a disciplined approach to portfolio management.

Working collaboratively across Underwriting, Actuarial, IT, Sales, and Operations, Doug will align product strategy with feedback from agents, customer insights, and emerging market opportunities to ensure Westfield’s small business products continue to evolve and deliver competitive solutions that help agencies and small business customers succeed.

Bringing Broad Insurance and Product Leadership Experience

Doug joined Westfield in December 2025 as State Management Leader, bringing more than 20 years of insurance industry experience from Liberty Mutual, where he held leadership roles spanning Product Management, Underwriting, Finance, and Claims, building expertise across both Small Commercial and Middle Market.
