Westfield Customer Panel
The Westfield Customer Panel consists of customers who enjoy sharing ideas and expressing opinions on a range of topics, including insurance, and experiences with products and services.
Members are mostly invited to participate in online surveys, but may also be invited to participate in online discussion boards, telephone interviews and/or in-person activities.
The Westfield Customer Panel is managed by the Westfield Research & Insight team, an internal market research department. The online Customer Panel website is powered by our trusted partner, Confirmit.
Together, Confirmit and the Westfield Research & Insight team work closely with several Westfield business units, to make sure that the collective voice of our customers helps guide our decisions about Westfield products and services.
