Because using a new system shouldn’t hold you up. When you have a question, need a refresher or just want an overview of the Platform, you’ll find engaging resources at your fingertips, such as:
- Options to attend live instructional webinars
- Short videos about key aspects of the Platform and new products
- Interactive resource guide to help navigate the Platform
- Examples of new customer documents, such as: the bill, policy packet and quote proposal
- Questionnaires that include important questions to use when working outside of the Platform
And where to find information
Simple is best. So, whatever your reason, find what you need on Agent’s Web Passport (AWP).
From the AWP home page,
- Select the Commercial tab.
- Select Small Business Platform under Additional Resources
