The Awards are new to the market and originated from IBA research about the top searches on its website.

Research participants were asked to rate construction insurance providers across several criterion, including coverage, claims payments, value for money, service to brokers, online platform, underwriting expertise, and more.

To narrow the 5-Star insurers, the survey asked agents and brokers which insurance companies they would recommend in sub-categories and then rate that insurer from 1-5, with 1 being poor service, 5 excellent services. Westfield received above-average scores in the following sub-categories:
