Telemedicine is Here and it’s Gaining in Popularity

The September 2018 edition of CLM Magazine featured an article written by Jim Bowers, Westfield’s Claim Process Leader on telemedicine and how medical technology is benefitting insurance and gaining in popularity. According to Jim, “With telemedicine, your injured employee can consult with a physician within minutes.”
