Westfield Insurance Selects Duck Creek's Software as a Service Policy Administration Solution
WESTFIELD CENTER, Ohio, March 1, 2017 - Westfield Insurance, a super-regional, customer-focused property and casualty insurance carrier, selected Duck Creek On-Demand, a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, to update core policy processing functions thereby enhancing underwriting effectiveness, automating and streamlining processes, and accelerating product development options. By choosing SaaS, Westfield will leverage a cloud technology solution that further elevates their excellent agent and customer services.
Westfield will utilize Duck Creek Policy along with Duck Creek Rating and Duck Creek Templates in the cloud to bring products to market faster and more efficiently. These components will allow Westfield to remain current and take advantage of new functionality through routinely delivered upgrades and a subscription to commercial lines bureau-based content. The solution will initially support commercial auto, property, general liability, inland marine, crime, umbrella, workers’ compensation, BOP and commercial package policies.
