We opened our doors to friends and neighbors in 1848.

And we used the technology available during that time – the early FAX machine.

Then technology happened.

And completely changed how we transact business. Now, customers expect more efficient, more reliable, and timelier customer service. So naturally, we crave more accurate, higher quality, and searchable ways to capture and store information to meet your expectations. That’s why we’re removing FAX as an option for reporting new accidents or incidents.
