Introducing Andy Rose as Vice President of Small Business
Westfield is pleased to announce Andy Rose as Vice President of Small Business. Andy brings more than two decades of experience in small business insurance, having previously held leadership roles at Main Street America, Chubb, and Hartford Financial Services. In this key leadership role, Andy will lead Westfield’s Small Business segment to sustain profitable growth by working with independent agents to deliver risk roadmaps and solutions to small businesses across the United States.

We’re also pleased to share commercial lines leadership announcements that reinforce our commitment to Middle Market and Agribusiness.
Mark Kidd is now serving as Vice President, Commercial Accounts. Many of you are familiar with Mark’s broad Commercial Lines experience, Westfield tenure, and steady leadership. In his new role, Mark will lead sales, underwriting, and operations across Middle Market and Agribusiness, ensuring we continue to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while upholding Westfield’s commitment to excellence and building on his proven track record of successful leadership.

Shawn Leonard will now lead Middle Market sales and the underwriting organization as Commercial Lines Underwriting and Sales Director. Shawn’s leadership in the Middle Market region of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan positions him to ensure agency success across all of our Middle Market regions.
