Westfield Group's Tracey Petkovic Received YWCA Women of Professional Excellence Award


CLEVELAND, May 13, 2014 - The Westfield Group recognized Tracey Petkovic, IT unit leader, with a Women of Professional Excellence Award during the YWCA of Cleveland Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon on May 12 at the Renaissance Hotel.

The award recognizes exceptional women who embody professionalism and commitment to helping others achieve. Recipients are selected by their organization based on several criteria, including high professional standards, demonstrated career and personal growth, significant contributions to the effective and efficient operation of the organization, willingness to support and mentor others in the organization, especially women, and positively impact the community.

As the IT unit leader, Petkovic is responsible for overseeing a large-scale, multi-year, transformational, enterprise-wide program to enhance Westfield's claims capabilities and customer experience through analytics, technology and process changes. Prior to her current role, she served as IT operations leader and possesses more than 25 years of management, technology and insurance industry experience.

Petkovic earned her Master of Business Administration from Franklin University and her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science from Otterbein College (Otterbein University). She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Central Ohio Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
