Meeting Space

The Blair Center can accommodate all of your business needs. From small conference-style meetings to large theatre-style meetings we have what you need. With over 25,000 square feet of event space we?re positive we will be able to suite your business and leisure needs.

Our facility has five specific parlors that can be used as individual meetings or as one large meeting space. We also have Club Room, Tavern Room, Garden Room and custom designed tent for meetings as well as entertaining guests.

Audio Visual Equipment

While hosting your event at the Blair Center you will have access to our state of the art digital Crestron sound system with 12 wireless microphones. Wireless internet access for up to 180 internal or external guests is offered free of charge. Option of LCD projectors, screens, podiums, television, VCR, DVD, and Flip Charts with markers. If any assistance is needed we have skilled audio visual technicians available for on-site support.

Executive Meeting Setup

The executive meeting setup includes:

• Pad of Westfield paper and pen at each seat
• Pitcher of water and a bouillon of candy at each table
• Rocks glasses and napkins at each seat
