EFT Schedule Enhancements

Based on feedback from EFT customers, Westfield has implemented changes to the EFT Schedule that customers receive at each renewal or premium change.

Enhancements include:

• Changed the future schedule to include a breakdown of amount due by policy
• Added the last four digits of your bank account number that we will withdraw from
• Added the location address for dwelling fire policies (PDP)
• Added a message box to provide information to you
