About Westfield Agents Association
The Westfield Agents Association is a representative organization for independent
agencies, shedding light on the challenges, concerns and potential solutions for
issues agencies face in the insurance industry. Since 1892, the Association has
served to enhance the relationships between independent agencies and Westfield
Insurance.
This tradition continues today as the Association gives agencies representing
Westfield a unified voice to address common issues. The Association board of
trustees works closely with the senior leaders at Westfield to assist with strategic
planning and help drive positive changes that meet the needs of agencies and the
Company.
Membership highlights
Agencies that join the Association are able to interact proactively with other
members. They share knowledge, seek input and work together to foster good will
among policyholders.
Initiatives
In addition to providing valuable insights about distribution and the marketplace,
the Westfield Agents Association is a leader in growing our next generation of
insurance agents. The Association Perpetuation Plan (TAPP) offers a proven curriculum
of advanced insurance sales, management and technical training for emerging producers
and future agency principals.
The Association also sponsors and administers a college scholarship program for
sons and daughters of Westfield independent agents and of Westfield employees who
may go on to future careers in insurance.
